Terms of service
THIS USER AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) establishes a legally binding contract between Aventus.dk, a company incorporated under the laws of Denmark (“aventus.dk”) and the user, either as an individual or on behalf of an entity (“User”). This Agreement pertains to the access and use of aventus.dk’s subscription service: https://www.aventus.dk/ (the “Subscription”) and any associated media, channel, mobile website, or mobile application. Non-acceptance or non-compliance with all the terms, conditions, and obligations herein will lead to a direct prohibition of the User’s access to the Subscription, necessitating immediate cessation of its use. In such cases, the relationship between the User and aventus.dk ceases, except for any outstanding payment obligations of the User to aventus.dk for services rendered.

2. Intellectual Property Rights
The Subscription, unless otherwise stated, is the property of aventus.dk, encompassing all source code, databases, features, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively or separately referred to as the “Content”), and all trademarks, service marks, and logos within (the “Marks”). These are owned and controlled by aventus.dk and protected by copyright, trademark laws, and other relevant intellectual property regulations of Denmark, other international jurisdictions, and global treaties. The Content and Marks are offered on an “As-Is” basis solely for informational and personal use. No portion of the Subscription or Content may be duplicated, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, exhibited, translated, transmitted, disseminated, sold, licensed, or commercially exploited without the express written consent of aventus.dk. All rights in the Website, Content, and Marks remain with aventus.dk.
3. Ownership of Materials
The Subscription and its entirety, including the source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, audio, video, text, photos, and graphics (the “Content”), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos (the “Marks”) are, unless specified otherwise, owned by aventus.dk. Governed by Denmark’s copyright and trademark laws, foreign laws, and international conventions, the Content and Marks are for your personal use and information only. Reproducing, copying, publishing, uploading, posting, translating, transmitting, distributing, selling, licensing, or any commercial use of any part of the Subscription and Content without prior explicit written consent from aventus.dk is prohibited. Aventus.dk reserves all rights in the Website, Content, and Marks.
4. Use of Third-Party Fonts
All components of the Subscription, including source code, databases, functions, software, designs, audio, video, text, photos, and graphics (the “Content”), and the encompassed trademarks, service marks, and logos (the “Marks”), are property of aventus.dk unless indicated otherwise. These are protected under the intellectual property laws of Denmark, other countries, and international agreements. The Content and Marks are offered for personal use and information on an “As-Is” basis. Aventus.dk does not permit copying, reproducing, republishing, uploading, posting, translating, transmitting, distributing, selling, licensing, or any commercial exploitation of any part of the Subscription or Content without explicit written permission. All rights in the Website, Content, and Marks are held by aventus.dk.
5. User Commitments
Aventus.dk owns and controls all aspects of the Subscription, including the source code, databases, functionalities, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (the “Content”), and all included trademarks, service marks, and logos (the “Marks”), unless specified otherwise. These elements are protected under the intellectual property laws of Denmark and international standards. The Content and Marks, provided on an “As-Is” basis, are for personal and informational use only. Unauthorized commercial use, duplication, reproduction, publication, uploading, posting, translation, transmission, distribution, sale, or licensing of any part of the Subscription or Content is strictly prohibited without aventus.dk’s explicit prior written consent. Aventus.dk maintains all rights in the Website, Content, and Marks.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The Subscription, including its source code, databases, functionalities, software, designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (the “Content”), and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”), are the exclusive property of aventus.dk, unless otherwise indicated. Protected under Denmark’s copyright and trademark laws, international laws, and conventions, the Content and Marks are available for your personal, non-commercial use only. No part of the Subscription and no Content may be copied, reproduced, published, uploaded, displayed, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or commercially exploited without the direct written permission of aventus.dk. Aventus.dk reserves all rights in the Website, Content, and Marks.
7. Feedback from Users
The Subscription, as owned by aventus.dk, includes all source code, databases, functionalities, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (the “Content”), and the trademarks, service marks, and logos (the “Marks”), unless otherwise stated. Governed by Denmark’s copyright and trademark laws and international intellectual property laws and conventions, the Content and Marks are provided for your personal and informational use only. Unauthorized commercial use, copying, reproduction, publication, uploading, posting, translating, transmitting, distributing, selling, or licensing of any part of the Subscription or Content is strictly forbidden without prior written consent from aventus.dk. All rights in the Website, Content, and Marks are reserved by aventus.dk.
7. Oversight and Management
The Subscription and all its components, including source code, databases, functionalities, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (the “Content”), along with the trademarks, service marks, and logos (the “Marks”), are the property of aventus.dk, unless otherwise specified. These elements are protected under the intellectual property laws of Denmark, other nations, and international agreements. The Content and Marks, provided on an “As-Is” basis, are intended for personal and informational use only. Commercial use, duplication, reproduction, aggregation, publication, upload, display, translation, transmission, distribution, sale, or licensing of any part of the Subscription or Content without explicit written consent from aventus.dk is prohibited. All rights in the Website, Content, and Marks belong to aventus.dk.
